I would have given it one star, but I was once told that no one take those reviews seriously. Honestly, I think this app should be removed from the play store. Apple is supposed to check these apps out, right? You have a better chance of being struck by lightning than this app does identifying a group of 5 different stones your trying to identify. Yes, it spits out 5 random minerals or stones. The only qualities that may be the same might be the color. Donโt even do the free trial. I deleted the app and stopped the subscription and still got charged for a year. Apple wonโt give your money back and neither will the conman that made the app. Shame on you Apple for even letting this app get past your guidelines and get in the App Store. I even suggested changing the payment to a real working app that I pay for monthly so they could still keep the money and they couldnโt do nothing for me. I also contacted the D-Team and gave them the opportunity to just refund my money for their bogus app before I left a review, but there leader Mr. No-T Did not respond. As expected no refund. So donโt get this app and do the free trial. Itโs a trap and I think they hacked my phone.๐ค๐ง
I downloaded this app, thinking i could identify a stone I've had for years. I tried so many times but all results i did not agree with. Mostly because it's neither green nor a clear crystal. So i then tried others in my collection. I tried a few odd ones. Nothing. Then i tried the amethysts. The results were not even close! The first time i tried the amethyst, it resulted in it being a Diamond. I had high hopes but they were crushed.
As a reiki healer, massage therapist and Wiccan, I do a LOT of work with stones and crystals. Iโd hoped this app would help for when Iโm unsure of a stones type. I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max, so the camera is excellent. Of the 1st 10 common stones I tested, it got 2 right on the 1st or 2nd try. The rest took several tries, and it was stumped by garnet. Maybe itโs due to the very small data base; about 100 stones. I think it also falls short describing healing properties and uses. It may says what seems to be a lot about the stones, but it leaves out SOOO much, and doesnโt give important information, such as energy absorption, dispersal and blocking properties, cleaning, cleansing & handling info, list various cuts/types & their uses (clusters, pyramids, pendulums, wands, etc.), what other stones they pair with and counter-productive uses or parings and leaves out a lot of other important info. Itโs hot and miss in giving care, handling and different uses, and Iโd like to see much more standardized information given for all their entries. Overall, I like the app, but it needs much improvement and far more data to be worth the cost. I will watch it to see if it becomes more accurate and adds more data.
