Your new update is so frustrating! It’s too sensitive. when I was answering my exam, it kept saying “no internet connection” or “error,” even though my Wi-Fi was fast. When I tried turning on airplane mode to refresh it, I ended up getting restricted for doing that. Then, when my phone started lagging for minutes and became hard to use, I turned it off and quickly turned it back on and I still got restricted. I understand that you don’t want students to open a new tab while answering, but please address this issue because it’s getting worse and worse. Our grades depend on your app, so reliability is very important.

It says no internet connection even though I am connected to a strong Wi-Fi connection. I already updated the app and again, the problem is always the same. I uninstalled the app and installed again, and it is not still working. Please fix your app. Thank you.

It’s genuinely a helpful app. However, I recommend checking the quizzes or the questions you offer as a set for students. Because I’ve noticed several mistakes in computational aspects within the General mathematics subject. And that applies to most of the questions you offer, so please fix them. Because the basis of the grading system of what teachers are doing is obtaining the first attempted score, which can be a crucial aspect to the student’s grade when they get a relatively low score. Basically, these mistakes they make, can affect simply their grade. Your app was offered to our school for free, however I recommend you fix the general errors existing within the app.
