Fursure

Was with Fursure since the beginning, loved the idea & even looked past a lot of quirks in the beginning. I’ve been with them idk 2/3 years now … I find out today after my deposit hit that my acct is closed. Apparently they’re banking partner changed and something had to be signed to move the account over. They apparently sent an email and looking back this whole transition was notified in one month but no mailings, no app notifications nothing that would actually be noticed. I travel for work & I dont stare at my email so this was CRAZY to me. Sincere closed their doors too and notified me by text, email and by app notification so I know it’s possible. Due to this my deposit was rejected and now I have to wait days to get it to another bank. Went from the greatest app right to the worst in my eyes.

App is flawless and is very easy to use. Wow wow wow!

Let me just start by saying I love the concept and quality of this app! Is is easy to use and points are easy to get which I love! I was one of the beta testers and it was a slow and rocky start but I’m loving what it’s becoming. It is something every pet owner should have because the points equal to money back! The set back for me is only one way to deposit money from my bank which is okay but it takes 5-7 days to post and it’ll come out of my bank the day after or that Monday if done on a Friday. But the Fursure app won’t register the money as posted until 5-7 days later. I was wondering if there’s a way maybe we could get other forms of mobile depositing in the near future. Keep doing what your doing I love it and will continue to love it!
