The logic of the app interface, clarity of the listings and ability to make the experience tailored to your particular needs make this a winner. You can set your commute or other location interest so when you view a listing you immediately get time to destination. The photo feature is very cool - take a photo in front of a building and instantly receive what listings are available inside. Lastly, the way it allows for collaboration with an agent is very smooth and user friendly. Highly recommend.

As a retired realtor, it’s refreshing to use an app that transparently displays the information & facilitates agent/consumer collaboration. While StreetEasy requires me to surrender my personal email & then wait for a future response to my inquiry, CitySnap prominently displays the listing agent’s telephone number so my questions can be immediately answered by the most knowledgeable person. No games with the app, just an excellent product that is free to the consumer. The unique content & easy interface make CitySnap the gold standard for NY real estate!

I love this app! The interface is clean, intuitive, and so user-friendly. The search and filter options are fantastic, and you can even draw your own custom boundaries to simplify your search. There’s also a tool that allows you to search for properties based on your commute to work - perfect app for finding a new place.
