System Error: Failed to make Payment
I wanted to pay for the rentals but the interface keeps showing system error and asks me to come back later. I’ve waited for almost a week still the problem persists. Please fix this asap, I really need to make the payment before the month ends.

Lousy apps and system
Actually the apps is not functioning. I have paid my bill but didn’t show in personal account history. Emailed to related department also didn’t answer my question. Awful experience. From last year September 2023 to this year 2024, the customer service and system didn’t improve at all.

Quick, easy and always up to date information. Very useful to make complain for illegal parking, open burning etc. They take action very quickly as well! Good job and keep it up!
