This app is very helpful and quick questions help me to regulate myself. It helped me to feel safe to feel my feelings and comfort myself.

So this “works” by reminding you of everything you’ve lost and can never have again. Magnifying your isolation. Gee thanks. Deleting the app did feel kinda good for a second though. Edit to reply Y’all are funny. You’re missing 5he concept of degree here. I know the theory. But being plunged unprepared into a near suicidal depression from one exercise is not my idea of progress. Maybe it works better under supervision. But I still doubt anyone who is completely alone can benefit from this.

It’s my first time using it, and I feel much better! It helps you get your worries off your chest. Try it! I 100% recomend it. Although, perhaps trying another profile pic would serve :)
