I'm the type of person who gets bogged down by miniscule details. Then I get stressed out, and I have a terrible coping mechanism for extreme levels of overwhelm where I'll just shut down. I struggle to get started again because every task looks so big.
The Wellness Wheel shifts my perspective and allows me to see where I'm crushing it and where I could put in a little more effort to level up.
Disclosure: I'm friends with the developer of this app. I might not have tried it wasn't his. But I'm super grateful for and proud of my friend. He made a great tool that can help a lot of people! And if you knew Ross, you'd know that helping others is what makes his heart happy. He's the bomb, this app is great, and it helps me live a fuller and more balanced life.

I love the simplicity of the app yet how it does make me reflect pretty deeply on how I feel each day and think about what I may be able to improve the next and also feel grateful for the things that are going well. I journal regularly but often forget to touch on specific topics in my life and I love that the categories allow me to specifically focus on each area for a few mins each day. I’m also surprised at how much it helps to see how you’re doing in a visual form rather than a bunch of words on a page. I’m looking forward to seeing what new features will be available to get me introspecting even more

This deceptively simple but comprehensive tool has helped me track how I'm doing, when my memory isn't so accurate. And the tool is easy to customize, so if you don't immediately find a feature in the tool that you want, tinker around until you find it, or ask! This tool has gone through a bunch of helpful updates, so it seems that the developer hears the feedback.
