I always liked to think of my mental health as more of a journey rather than a point in time. I really love Storyline’s emphases on my own personal journey rather than a comparative exercise to other people who sometimes take the spotlight away from what truly matters. It takes some work on your end, but mapping out my journey has helped me to take the next steps towards a brighter future.

Just got into the app, but I’m excited to see how I do. I don’t always understand the language, but it’s been really cool learning how to analyze myself better and keep track of my mental health over time. It takes a bit to get stuck into it, but it is so worth the time if you commit this an app like this!
