Prodigy for Parents

I have been contacting this company for 5 years using all methods listed in order to cancel. Today I was FINALLY allowed to cancel, but no refund. My kids used to use prodigy and then outgrew it and so I went to cancel but had forgotten my login. I emailed and asked them to cancel but instead they wrote back asking more questions which I never saw because it went to spam. Thinking I had not gotten a reply I started calling. On the phone I was told the only way to cancel was through my account and when I could not get in they said they would get back to me but did not and would ghost me when I called to check in. I was finally able to get into the account and guess what? No account listed! So I was not even able to cancel online. Once a year or so I would dedicate a few hours to trying to fix this. It never worked until yesterday when they were very short with me but did cancel tue account. I explained everything and they saw the emails and they said still no refund. At least I will no longer be paying for my adult children to not play these games anymore. But I have only ever been treated like this by scammers. Be careful. Only do this if it is on a card where you can cut them off through the card (like Amex). Or better yet, find a better option.

my daughter always plays this game and begged me to buy the membership. i bought her the level up math membership and it is awesome! great math hame for all ages and you can play with friends. my daughter is learning new things everyday and it is so fun to watch her play. one thing i do wish was changed, is the prices of memberships so please, if you can, i would love it if the prices were a little lower. anyway, this game is defiantly recommended!!

My 9 yo son used to get pretty upset when we asked him to sit down and practice math or reading. We still but less have him trade minutes of studying for minutes of screen time but he gets both at the same time and enjoys the learning process while using this app. Recommend it for all, but even better if you use the app to help track their activity and progress.
