APP doesn’t work
I have been trying to use this app for a month and haven’t been able to report the potholes. I tried setting up an account and can get past the verification pictures. I think the city of Corpus Christi wants it that way.

Super fast response at night!
I had what I thought was a problem with the city sewer line and opened a case in the app about 10:30 at night. The city was knocking on my door about 30-45 minutes later!! They checked and found that it was my sewer line that was the problem but massive kudos to the app and the city for the amazing response even late at night!

Where’s the bill pay tab?
I guess this app was supposed to replace the old Corpus Christi app, but there’s no bill pay option as the app summary states. How the heck are we supposed to pay our bills now? The old app work perfect for 3 years. This replacement is awful
