Mr. Howland did a solid job on Stew, but it doesn’t seem to give me anything I can’t get from the Emacs Doctor (M-x doctor).
Not sure if why it needs an email and a password if it’s private, either.
Giving 4 stars anyway because I don’t have a beef with the developer.

What a great app. My patience is INSANELY better. I’ve been using Stew for I’d say 6 months. My husband has noticed a lot of improvements. My kids say I’m different and nicer. All that works with me. Lol.
The journal prompts help me think in a great way that helps me understand my anger problems a lot more. I’ve tried a few challenges and they have great insights.
Highly recommend downloading Stew.

This app is like so many others. They say it’s free with in-app purchases. They give just a teaser for free but to experience the whole app you have to purchase the premium edition. The problem I have with this is they never put in the description in the App Store the cost for the premium edition and you have to give your information and make an account first. The cost of the premium edition is how I decide if I want to try an app or not!
