Please you are better off taking your business somewhere else. I decided to use their services and I regretted. Their processing time for payment from debit card or checking account is 5 business days which sound ridiculous, I still decided to wait only to be told that the transfer failed after 5days and the money removed from my bank account. I sent several messages to their customer support. Nothing. No reason for the fail transaction, no response at all.

Powers up my cash flow so that I can pay for more things with my credit card, and now with the app I can keep track of that on the go, which is a massive plus. Getting rewards and net terms now on things I never used to get that with is amazing.

Was trying to pay a daycare bill, which was rejected because they deemed it a “peer-to-peer” payment. The message indicated I could upload an invoice as proof that it was for a legitimate bill, which I’ve done multiple times. I have received no response whatsoever via email. You cannot reach them by phone. They have a live chat option, but it’s extremely unhelpful and all they can tell you is to email account services, which, like I said, I’ve done multiple times over the course of a week. Not being able to talk with anyone or have meaningful communication is extremely frustrating and has now put me in an unnecessary time crunch.
