Needs a bank acct

Migrated to their new version on April 24. ~$700 balance in the banking tab and the card disappeared. The banking tab is frozen. The card is declined at merchants. 24 hours later still the same, no help. Submitted tickets, get generic responses. Yet the money is gone. If the money isn’t restored or returned shortly will have to report them to the UAE and UK regulators and file police reports in Latvia. Upd: 3 weeks later I can see my money. Haven’t checked if I could use it yet. But there is a positive progress. Tickets 6784 and 6794.

I deposited funds into the coca card account and it has turned out to be a nightmare, first their card don’t work at all no matter the merchant, then you can’t withdraw your funds from the card again , chatted to the customer support for days and they just kept giving generic answers , no help in sight they are still holding my funds up until moment and it baffles me that I might never be able to get it out
