Yet another who paid for the app and they switched it to subscription. The developer pretty much just says “too bad”. Claims it was another app. Well put up the other app for download then. Apple shouldn’t allow shady practices like this on their store. I’m sure the developer will dismiss all complaints similarly. Too bad. Okay buddy.

As two reviewers said, I too paid for this app outright, thinking I was buying a product I could use forever. But the developers have decided to update it to a subscription model and completely lock me out of the app I already paid for. What’s worse? No option for a refund or even a way to continue using the version I bought. And before the developers come here with the usual copy-paste reply about this being a “new app” save it. It’s the same app with a couple of extra tweaks, and you know These business practices are downright exploitative. Greed over customer loyalty. That’s all this is. Avoid this app unless you’re okay with being taken advantage of.

As someone said above, I, too, paid for this app and the app switched to a subscription and now I do not have access to the service I previously paid for. From the previous reply it seems that I am supposed to still have access to the prior app? How? (I never removed the app from my phone and I do not have access as I previously did.)
