Easy navigation. Easy to work with options for payment. Thank you!
App works great except one very annoying security flaw - it won’t allow you to paste your password when logging in. Combined with the complex password requirements, this means you have no choice but to write down your password on a piece of paper (in my case I use a secure password manager app). If you enable FaceID, you’re good for a few months until you’re required to change your password. So the net result is every time you change your password you’re left with a slip of physical paper with your password written on it that you now have to safely destroy to keep your account secure. The app developer needs to look at this from the user perspective to help us maintain account security.
If you are a customer of Fay Servicing, this app is a must have. All the information you could need regarding your loan in an easy to navigate layout. I was already pleased with FS and their customer service, and now that I’m using the app, it’s an even better experience!
