Pixel Room - Escape Game -

This definitely qualifies as artwork. I’m making all of my friends and family download this as we speak. So neat. No ads (unless you want a hint, and the hints are effective but not necessary so the ad is worth it if you’re stuck) I’m making my way through every game by this developer currently because these games are so wonderful

I trusted the reviews on this one…soooooo glad I did! This game is amazing! I’m somewhat picky when it comes to escape game rooms, and this one surprised me! The concept is super unique and cool. I thought the hint system was lacking, then realized that I just needed to click the cards to get the full hint…it’s perfect. I would pay to play more rooms like this one.

I’ve played a lot of escape room games in real life and on the appstore. One of the biggest issues when making a puzzle to difficult is when the solution becomes too far fetched from common consumer reasoning. In other words, in trying to create something so complex they make it unsolvable. This game on the other hand was very intuitive, in terms of controls and objectives. This is not to say they make the puzzles blatant by any means. The player is very much left the freedom to explore the room, discovering its every nooks and crannies of it. By intuitive I mean rather that you are given a smooth flowing user experience in an unique setting. Intuitive mechanics set this apart from other games as well, however I shall not mention them in hopes to avoid spoiling it. Overall I had a blast playing this and it kept me occupied for a lot longer than I had initially anticipated the game length to be. Job well done by the devs 👍
