Soul Alive: Mindful Life App

The app started off solidly when I first signed up for a trial back in August. I was going through a bit of a crisis at the time and while the existing library was small, the live classes made up for it as I could view later if I wasn’t able to at the time. In October, they stopped providing live classes at all and the app became super glitchy, uploading old recordings of live classes I’d already seen. I tried numerous times to provide feedback and this fell on deaf ears. As it stands, the app is only offering a very small library of recorded meditations (around 20) and my $99 membership fee is considered a waste of money. I’ve since signed up to another app where I get far more for my money. A frustrating and disappointing experience.

I absolutely love this app. I do the live classes 2-3 times per week and I enjoy checking in on the mindful moments when I go for my daily walk. It’s a great way to keep you aligned when work and life is busy around you

The Soul Alive app is amazing. It’s so easy to join live classes and even catch up on classes if you miss the live sessions. The reminders for upcoming sessions is great and there are so many other little pockets of gold throughout the app that help you on your journey!
