Unable to connect with Wi-Fi
No help from tech support. They keep saying the developer is working on a resolution but it’s been months!

App needs to be replaced
After being unable to connect to the safe, I contacted Tech Support; short answer is that the app doesn’t work properly and they’re working on replacing it, so don’t bother downloading this one

Terrible App
App stopped communicating with iPhone in September 2023. Hornady customer service useless. Reviews must be censored some how with the thousands of safe affected. Bottom line stay away from Hornady WiFi safes.
