It feels frustrating to advertise earning points with your mileage on Strava while it being impossible to participate in. There are reviews stating this from a year ago. I love your store, truly, and am just eager to participate in a rewarding community aspect that you still present as available. Fix it, or, if it’s no longer an available feature, take it off your app.
I do enjoy going to the store and getting shoes and such. I thought downloading the app would help me earn points with my mileage that I get, but it won’t load it or anything. It won’t give me any credit. It’s rather confusing.
I’ve always had such a great experience going there for all my running gear. Just really confused on how the points are getting awarded via mileage. There’s no stated way on how to earn points with miles. Right now I’m sitting around 30 and no points. Aside from that the app is really nice. Shopping experience online is great.
