The app is slow but it is working fine. Until they decide to update it then nothing work. The carpool feature stopped working, I called multiple times but it never got fixed
This app has so many glitches it isn’t even funny, takes forever to load and most days it will not open. It redirects me to the App Store to upgrade the app even if I upgrade the app it still does not open.
The app does a bad job of handling many users buying parking at the same time. I often get a spinning signal and can’t purchase a parking spot. I then wait or forget about for 15 minutes. When I finally get through, no more parking reservations are allowed.
