Do not enter the “01” at the end of your member ID number. That is, only enter the first 7 digits of your member ID number. The app seems to be alright after that little glitch. Be peaceful.

I try for days to sign into the app when finally, I got a hold of a care plus representative and I explain the situation to her she said to when you put in your nine digit member ID back off the last two numbers and put only in the first seven numbers. and it works great for me. Give it a try. I hope it works for somebody else.

This app has never worked will not recognize my phone number nor anything else .. don’t waste your time on this .. I had hoped that this app would help in scheduling rides since Alivi can’t seem to do it correctly when called .. this app is just as messed up as calling in person .. 👎🏿
