As someone with plenty of experience with crypto and a dual citizen, I a whole heartedly suggest you do not use this app. Your funds will be stuck and you will not get your money back. Generally, I usually try to give the support teams and companies the benefit of the doubt. In this case, I don’t even want to risk swaying anyone in favor of this app. Your money will be legit stuck and you have no hope of accomplishing anything with this team. The app is broken (text verification, identity verifications, PIN changes, and worst of all BTC withdrawals. Support is fully hard wired to provide pre-written responses, the same troubleshooting steps, lackluster follow up, no escalation process, and you know where I’m going. It’s an endless loop and I don’t believe it’s intentional from the company they are just extremely extremely irresponsible. It’s all very disengaged and non-chalant when your money is stuck on the platform. Have had issues with this app and team for easily 10 months or so. Thankfully invested little but was extremely concerning for me.

Registration process works fine until you get to the selfie. The app switches to the front camera and the full screen is used to display the image to be captured. However, there are no buttons on the screen to advance or return: no button to “snap” the selfie, no button to advance or return to the previous screen, nothing. Only way out is to close the app. Opening the app again means starting the registration process over.
