Don’t do it. Most of the bikes are broken and customer service responses are painfully slow. You get charged the 1.99 even if you lock a broken bike back right away. They have the audacity to charge a 4.99 fee for closing an account after a request for a refund of the remaining account balance. Don’t enter this tortuous cycle of doom and frustration - you’re better off walking.

About Moby Move
Register and be authorized by confirming telephone and any email. Select the type of subscription and select the payment method. You will find the nearest available vehicle on the map or on your personal dashboard. The dashboard also includes weather forecast, your personal trip counter and information. Rent a vehicle by scanning the QR code on the lock, use the bike lock code in app to unlock the chain lock.
