I booked a pink ride for my girlfriend, exclusively for a female driver. I was very happy with mine and her experience, she felt very safe. This is a great feature that all rideshare apps should have. I will definitely be using this again! 😊👍🏼
The first and last time I will book a ride. I was unable to contact the driver assigned. The entire 30 minutes the app stated the driver will pick me in 15 minutes I waited 30 minutes I cancelled after 40 minutes wait and I am being charged a cancellation fee. The driver did not reply to my text messages. The driver was not reached via a telephone call. I am late for an appointment and charged for the assigned driver’s unprofessionalism. The worst the absolute worst experience
I have been using Ride for a while, so far, it has been super pleasant. I frequently receive promo codes and I love that I can request pink ride!!!
