You sell so many products that are dependent on this app yet you ignore the fact that the app is useless. Your products are fantastic, when they work, please invest the time and money on app developers that can make your products usable. People in the aquarium hobby talk. Products become popular by word of mouth. You have great products at an affordable price but because the app renders them useless people only talk negatively about your company. Do yourself a favor and focus your efforts on app development. Look to other companies for inspiration if you have to but, for the love of fish, DO SOMETHING or your business will die.

Complete garbage. The app doesn’t even open anymore. Even when it did open a I couldn’t change settings. The old wasn’t the best but at least it worked and I could make changes. Tried contacting support multiple times and no response. Can’t return the product so now it’s a paperweight. Should have just went with Jebao. Price point is better and the product at least works and customer support at least responds to the best of their ability even if English isn’t their first language. Never buying a hydor product for my aquarium again… Update : they let me they push out a new version of the app. It honestly only worked for a week maybe two before it took a crap again. I’m going to my jebao and try to sell it so someone else deals with this piece of junk After logging into the device the app can’t locate the wave maker. I deleted it and try to reconnect it. At the screen where it says connect wifi it gives me an error message.

For the love of god. Give me my $112 dollars back. Can’t operate anything on the app. Zero ability to make adjustments to any of the flow settings. I have a smaller aquarium and need to take the speed down a lot. Can’t do that because this app is an absolute dumpster fire!!! When you open the settings everything blows up way to big so even see what percent the flow is at. The equipment is AQAMAI KPS 4150 l/h 1050 gph. Not really going to matter based off looking at these other reviews. Your app is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Also, before you say it. I’ve updated the app like you’ve recommended 19 other times to the other reviewers. It doesn’t fix anything. Also, I’ve tried emailing your company on the main website page. That also did not work. I will make sure to tell everyone and I mean everyone that I know looking for this type of equipment to stay miles away from this garbage. Every time I got to my local fish store I will make sure they know not to sell this.
