Silent AI

This app has always been buggy. We will often have to restart the machine in order for the app to recognize it in the devices tab. Even though it shows up as connected in our Bluetooth settings. And even though we have tried to add device it will never Find the device unless we restart the machine by turning it off and turning it back on again. Also, it is now totally not functional because it will not connect to my new iPhone 16 no matter what I do. I do not recommend this device/app.

I tried to go to the website to reach support but the page does not go through. I love the lamp/alarm that I have and I’ve had it for the last 6 months. Up until this point I’ve had no issues with the lamp or the app, but now I’m experiencing issues with the app that now effect my lamp usage. As I attempt to set an alarm- the one I’ve used every day for months- if I want to make an changes to it, it immediately erases what I’ve done and stays how it’s previously been set although I’ve hit save. If I go to set a new alarm (add a day, time, sound preference, color preference, etc), it doesn’t save at all- nothing shows up. I’ve tried a million times over and over again to set it up and it won’t save, so now I’m extremely frustrated, worried that my alarm won’t sound off in the morning when I need it to. I assume it’s a bug in the app, but there’s no way to contact the creator to relay the message.

The app won't let me turn the lamp brightness down. and none of the "alarm sounds" are alarm sounds at all. they are quiet and more like sound machine sounds. my alarm didn't even go off this morning so i'm disappointed.
