I tried to go to the website to reach support but the page does not go through. I love the lamp/alarm that I have and I’ve had it for the last 6 months. Up until this point I’ve had no issues with the lamp or the app, but now I’m experiencing issues with the app that now effect my lamp usage. As I attempt to set an alarm- the one I’ve used every day for months- if I want to make an changes to it, it immediately erases what I’ve done and stays how it’s previously been set although I’ve hit save. If I go to set a new alarm (add a day, time, sound preference, color preference, etc), it doesn’t save at all- nothing shows up. I’ve tried a million times over and over again to set it up and it won’t save, so now I’m extremely frustrated, worried that my alarm won’t sound off in the morning when I need it to. I assume it’s a bug in the app, but there’s no way to contact the creator to relay the message.

The app won't let me turn the lamp brightness down. and none of the "alarm sounds" are alarm sounds at all. they are quiet and more like sound machine sounds. my alarm didn't even go off this morning so i'm disappointed.

I’ve had my lamp for a year and have enjoyed it. However, the most recent update from last week has broken most features. 1. When my alarm goes off, I can only snooze it. I can’t turn it off unless I unplug the lamp. 2. The app asks if I want to cancel the alarm, but no option to select. 3. My personal alarm data disappeared and was replaced with stock alarm times. 4. Unable to personalise the alarm times. I’m stuck on 5:30 am, 6:09 am, and 10:03 pm…?? 5. Snooze feature not working. 6. Light now randomly adjust its own brightness; not related to a waking sequence. I hope a fix comes soon! I can’t currently use my Silent Lamp.
