Did y’all even product test this app before you published it? It is super, super buggy. It is also not very well optimized for mobile devices. For example, why do the widgets appear side by side like they do on the desktop? When do you ever scroll horizontally on an iPhone? Wouldn’t it make more sense for the widgets to be stacked on top of each other for the mobile version? I understand you probably wanted to push this out before fall semester started but this feels very half-baked. Definitely needs work.
Big upgrade from the mobile web version. I used it today to edit my payment information easily. I’ll probably actually use this in the future. The general links seem to be broken on the financial aid menu.
I’m not sure if the app has been updated since the other review was written, but I think it works great! It’s set up just how the new website is for mobile. It’s different than the old website for sure, but will just take some getting used to.
