They disabled the functionality of the old app to force users to use the new app but the new app is not working. Just when you need the app. Not a good start!

Encountered an issue. This maybe a bug in the app. The app sent my bill payment twice. The first one went successfully. The other there is no log for successful payment. BDO already deducted the amount from my account. I contacted BDO customer service 4 days ago via email but no response.

You can’t share the favorite contact list you made on bdo page or bdo online as if they are from totally different companies .extremely short active period then lock you out and you need to relogin in. 10 seconds only ? Can’t even complete one transactions!!!
