I used this along with Kegg and was spot on. I was able to get pregnant the second month after 6 months of trying at 39. I have scattered periods so this was really helpful in getting my ovulation day.
I have a little lamp in my bathroom that I use for the strips everyday and it has allowed me to upload the strips quickly. I make sure they aren’t crooked and they aren’t blurry. Once you do it a few times, you get the hang of it.
I am also part of the Facebook group and they are super helpful. They are always taking time to update the app and ask for continued feedback. They did take away a few features that people aren’t happy about, but they stated they are bringing them back in the next update.
You can email customer service anytime of day and even holidays. They will double check your strips and also correct any that weren’t uploaded correctly. I was able to use two kits over two months so that helped a lot with the money. If you’re short on strips, you can email customer service and they will send you enough to finish your cycle.
Overall, very happy with this product. Looking forward to my rainbow baby as my last one ended in a chemical.

Proov is an incredibly helpful tool to have access to within the home. The complete kit gave me a clear insight into e1g, pdg, and Lhb daily readings. When struggling to conceive, it’s important to use these in conjunction with ultrasound monitoring as well. Although Proov stated ovulation was confirmed, ultrasound monitoring was able to determine that although I was ovulating, they were immature follicles. Thankful for this tool and for my provider’s attentiveness to help restore successful ovulation function. I’d recommend Proov for everyone - the more data you have, the better. *This review was collected in exchange for a gifted item.

I used proov for about a year, but found that it had many pitfalls. I do like their testing system, but the app is a bit clunky. You have to wait for notifications to come through to figure out when to take your next hormone test. Which is inconvenient - because you have to wake up early to do the test. I wish the app would just tell you each day when your next test is. There were also some discrepancies where on one screen it would tell me a hormone level was high, but then on the next screen, it would tell me that the hormone level was within range or low.
^ had these experiences multiple times I did email the company multiple times with screenshots when I found these discrepancies but did not receive much help.
