The clock on outer appearances seems to work fine. Even when a person clocks in, on their next interaction with the clock, it may stamp them as in again instead of out. This is intermittent, weekly issue. Reports don’t align correctly with date actually worked and date shown on downloaded report. Within the app, the dates of clock-in/clock-out are correct. When report sent to email or downloaded, the dates are moved. This causes pay discrepancies. Check other brands.

I’am posting this here because calling and emailing the support group for this app as gone unanswered for 7 days. After updating NGTecoTime to the latest version from the App Store v2.1.4 build 2, we receive the error ‘send email failed’ when attempting to use the ‘Download & Email Report’ button. If the application has NOT been updated the functionality works as expected. Unfortunately two of our three iPhones have been updated and there is no way to download and install the older version.

God bless Isaac we were on the phone for 1.5 hours!!! I was beyond frustrated never did he ever show any frustration. He never gave up on me. I am NOT computer savvy like making a file is as far as I go. He walked me through EVERY STEP holding my hand and HE FIXED IT!!! He did not hang up and held for me while I spoke to my customers. If I could give him 10 Stars and send him a Starbucks gift card I would. Isaac you’re amazing and thank you so much!!! Oh and did I mentioned they answered less than 5 rings? No automated anything an actual person!!! Thank you Isaac
