My therapist loves journaling and she’s been using this app for a quite long time. She suggested journaling to me and asked me to download this app. I thought I’d give it a try. I paid for the year, it’s totally worth it. I love the insights it gives me about my journaling sessions. It also shows me my emotions graph so I can improve accordingly. Plus, it keeps track of my mood as well. One day she made me realize that I had a bad day just because of lack of sleep. I’ve had several realization like this and now I also recommend this app to all my friends. It’s worth it every penny and every second of your time!
Justly helped me stop asking myself, “What’s wrong with me?” For the first time, I realized that not everything is my fault, and that I don’t have to carry the weight of everyone else’s problems. Now, I’m learning to grow, heal, and be kinder to myself. Justly feels like a true friend who’s there for me, celebrating every tiny step forward. Honestly, I can say this has been the happiest, most peaceful year of my life.
Love this app! It seems the app is designed based on the Atomic habit principle from James Clear. A simple and effective app if you want to install a new habit in your life. Now coming to the things I wish this app had: - A widget obviously, then an Option to add "Notes" even when you fail to do a habit. Another request is that notifications can be sent as a group notification so that I can choose which of my chosen habits I can complete at a certain time without feeling like I missed something!! Keep up the good work guys!
Your thoughts deserve more than a notes app. Life gets loud. Your mind gets messy.Justly helps you slow it down, sort it out, and actually understand...
