Did not remember my sign in leaving me without access to my account and opening an account through the app has issues
Bill pay has serious delays. If you post a bill pay through the app in the morning on a weekday, it still takes three days for you to get a notification that the payment was sent on that third day. Then the payment is not even accepted by the reputable payee until another 5 days later. Other banks notify you the very same day you asked it to be paid and only take one day to send a payment. Customer support is terrible. I have automatic payroll come in and automatic payments to bills. These are completely mislabeled as auto bills from the wrong company, and customer service says I have to go in each time to change the name of the company that was paid. That is ridiculous! If I have an auto pay to AT&T, the line item should say AT&T since they drafted it out and not some other charity company’s name like the Food Bank. They aren’t even in the same type of bill and my charities are not on auto pay. I’m told I have to go in and change the name on the line item and the category. This makes it much more difficult in IRS reporting and taxes paid. It’s also double duty if you have Quick Books and have to change it in two places.
For some reason transaction history shows my account in the red many times going back to before I even had this app. Currently the transaction history and available balance don’t even match. It’s not even correct when moving forward with my last bank statement. It is impossible to know actual balance other than the paper copy I keep. Odd thing is I looked at it earlier in the week and things looked fine. Not sure what is going on but this app is absolutely useless if the transaction history is this screwed up
