I never would do something like this before. It’s not something I thought was real. I’ve surrendered myself. I’m going thru a troubling time on many levels. This is giving me positive thoughts, developing routines, and I’m seeing results attributed to this app.

I enjoy the content of the app. But saying this is a free app or has any free content is a complete falsehood. There wasn’t a single meditation I could select before paying (claims basic is free but had a lock on it and wouldn’t actually play) and they charge you at selection not even having the decency to wait till the end of the 7 day free trial.
