I have been trying to get a receipt of the money sent, it shows a button to download it or share but when I press on the button it loads and give me an 404 error as if it is not there yet it can serve as a proof to the person I am sending money to. Please check on that because it has been years! Thanks, otherwise the app is good I commend your work!

This app, compared to the rest of apps from other banks in Tanzania; is miles ahead. Well designed and functional. RANT: may be you can make account balance a littler easier to see on first login, it used to be great with hide/show option.

1. The ability to get statements does not work. 2. If I want statements for specific dates it doesn’t work. 3. The fixed term deposits used to work automatically but now it doesn’t. Let us know if the feature has been removed
