I can never just access my statements with ease, without constantly reaching out to get it figured out! So annoying!
For a bank that has been in business for close to 100yrs…. a bank which is well known…which reports big profits - much must be invested in its Crazy APP … customer friendly NOT JUA KALI and Korogocho type of applications… actually KCB needs to move from Stone Age (Adam and Eve) times to the 21st Century
Not working on my device. I get a warning at startup that the app has detected that my device is jail broken. No option to proceed. I’m on Apple iPhone 8Plus, iOS 16.1.1. No other app, including Apple apps and several financial apps, report this problem. I can still access my KCB account via a web browser on the phone.
