I love this app, you get most features for free, and I can keep track of my BPD highs and lows, & symptoms. I am very grateful this app exists, I'm planning on showing this app to my therapist once she's back in June 💜 I love that you can add notes too, very helpful ✨ this has helped me keep track of my BPD, I would recommend to anyone, even if your undiagnosed, it could help you figure out if you have it or not, and you can show your therapy ✨ Update July 2023 ; I did BPD questionnaires for my therapist and I see her in august, I’m gonna show her this app 💜 again, highly recommend 🌟 update March 2024; I got diagnosed in early August 2023 and I showed my therapist this app and she likes how it tracks everything & all the basic symptoms 💜

I don’t normally rate apps because I actually value my time but this one has actually helped a lot. Being able to see my mood swings coincide with my personal relations over time is incredibly helpful for both me and my therapist and has helped us fix some things together that I otherwise probably wouldn’t have been able to. So yeah it’s a good app. Get it if you want or not it’s your life eat a flock of pigeons for all I care

I really appreciate that there is an app made specifically for bpd like this, it’s really been helping me to have more self awareness. Especially every week when I have therapy, it’s hard to even remember how I feel at all sometimes, and using this app has been helping me take more action when I see the chart. And it helps my boyfriend to understand me a little bit better too, when I share the chart with him. My bpd overwhelms me daily and this is a great app to keep tabs on it. Although my moods do shift dramatically throughout the day and it would be cool to be able to chart all of my mood swings, charting the high or low that dominate my day has been helpful.
