My last wig wasn’t what I expected. She was dull and not a pretty curl. Not a good look for me. I see the wigs under there light and the color appears much brighter or different. Wigs appear nicer when they demonstrate it. Sometimes they are so thick. I will make sure I get a low density and mono.

Unfortunately, I’ve spent a lot of money with this company. I’ve ordered probably 80 wigs from her expecting them to hold up. I can honestly say that she advertises them as a silk human blend, but I don’t think they are. I found the same wigs on other wholesale websites for a fraction of the price, not to mention the wigs don’t last very long. The hair falls out and once they’ve been styled, they are never the same. They do not look the same as when she tries them on for the first time in her lives and her videos. I stopped ordering from her for a long time and thought I’d give it another shot. I still have yet to receive my wigs and it’s been well over the 10 days that she promises they would be delivered. It is impossible to reach customer service and she does not offer any refunds… needless to say I will not be ordering with this company again, and then I went onto the whole found the exact same wigs that I just paid over $200 for for $30! My advice is due your research before you order from her. Oh, and let me tell you her pre-styled wigs that she charges $450 for saying they’re the top the best.. not true that way I paid $450 for I found for 75 bucks. I’ve watched her a lot over the years and watched her success and the mini houses that she’s bought and it’s sad that it’s all based off lies.

Totally illegal. Is changing tags in brand name wigs and selling as direct from manufacturer. Mark ups as much as 500% Takes payment for orders and refuses to refund if wig cannot be acquired, deletes entire account logins while still owing multiple wigs and credits. The worst customer service imaginable. Dishonest. Filtered pictures that change colors to a level that what you order is not what you see. Substitutes colors without permission. Sends wrong wig and refuses to refund. Only return for credit. If you try to complain, you get banned and blocked and account login is removed, so you can’t even see the status of your orders. App order numbers do not match website order numbers. The entire thing is a catastrophe. Wait an entire week for an email reply that answers no question, just gives you generic information you already know. Advertises human silk blend when most are 100% synthetic. Check Reddit. She’s been doing this for more than a year and you can buy the same wigs for 1/5th what she charges and actually have them within a week vs waiting 8 weeks for a credit you may not get to use. Beware!!
