The app is not capable of sending a forgot password link and is not compatible with iPhone’s password saving function. So if you didn’t notice your password was not saved and later the app prompts for your password, you will not get a forgot password link, and won’t be able to reconnect the watch without having to call into customer service and that takes days to reach someone that will tell you , you cannot use your original email address so you have to use another email. This is so below the standard of technology today. Buyer beware.

—— Connected perfectly with my LV Light Up. The app is well laid out, provides plenty of options and has helpful tutorial videos and FAQs. Notifications passed to the watch perfectly and the app allows you to select which ones you want or which ones to ignore (only caveat being, you have to get at least one notification from each app first before it shows up in the list to disable). —— The ability to import boarding passes from Apple Wallet is absolutely killer. It worked perfectly and kept my Light Up updated with my constantly changing gates. The Light Up showed me when and where to board (with a handy countdown showing how much time I had left), after takeoff it showed me how much flight time was remaining and, after landing, it showed me what gate my luggage was at. It has been the standout function of the watch and it relied on the rock-solid connection this app provides. —— Just got an update to my watch that allows me to use the app to customize a fifth mode called “My Mode”. Great new feature!

A short while ago, I gave this app a “1 star” rating, as I literally attempted to connect my Light Up watch to my iPhone 12 Pro a good 100 times without success. I searched Google and learned of an update that was published less than 24 hours ago. I uninstalled, then reinstalled the app. Restarted the watch and the phone and on attempt number 101: SUCCESS !!! Everything seems to be working fine. Right now, watch is doing an automatic update. I’ll be tinkering a few more hours, but I’m retracting my previous review. If anyone is having an issue, reach out to me. Because I hate waiting !!!
