I use these guys for multiple deliveries everyday and it’s one headache in my business that I never have to worry about. It’s easy to use as well so I highly recommend them.
I use this app several times a week and would be lost without it. It’s so easy to use and brilliant for urgent deliveries.
Before being given any idea of what this app does, what services are offered or prices for services the app forces you to provide all of these details or you can’t even start using the app. Who in their right mind would want to give up all of this info without any shred of info on why or what is for? - you have to grant access to all of your photo library and if you don’t it repeatedly asks you to allow it or it blocks you - asks repeatedly for your location for no discernible reason - your credit card details??! - address, phone number etc. Now I’m not even the type that is paranoid about sharing my info, but the way this goes about collecting all of your private data is about as ugly as it gets. Provide the user with context before asking them for this info, especially credit card details 🤦♂️, you’ve got to be kidding… who would just enter their card without any clue about why or what they’re paying for. I’m actually surprised this service has any customers with how badly the first time user experience is designed.
