Good experience so far, but…
I’ve been a consumer of Truly’s products for about 2 years now, and I’ve had an overall good experience, but I have an issue with a few things: 1. Bad reviews aren’t replied to, so that makes me question their authenticity. 2. I tried to buy the Glazed Donut Shave Butter through TikTok shop, but it never arrived, nor was I able to make a claim about it. 3. The Glazed Donut aftershave oil caused me to get painful, red bumps on my armpits, and I don’t know why, since I’m not allergic to any of the main ingredients. Aside from these 3 things, I’ve had an overall good experience with the Truly app, but I’d just like to see better customer service.

I love there products I mean I just can’t help trying everything they have honestly I incorporate so much to my routines that I’ve seen such a difference if I were to choose a favorite it wood be the (blue rocks scrub) my husband is able to use it and he even approves so thank you truly!!!

LOVE truly
I’ve been apprehensive for a long time because the ads have been all over but I broke down and tried the minis and I am OBSESSED I ordered The glazed donut mini after shave serum, buns of glowry mini serum and açaí your boobies mini to try and I don’t know if I could ever use a different product again they make my skin feel AMAZING and the fact they have mini ones to test it out is awesome
