There’s need to be an area within the app where we can tip our waitress/waiter. Especially if we are dining in, and everything is all about cashless and contactless, there needs to be a way to at least show our appreciation to our servers. ALSO, there needs to be a clearer way of how to request service. Some people won’t know that you need to scroll down in the menu to request service. And the icon needs to be updated. At first, I thought the bell was for App Notifications. If I didn’t tap on the bell, I wouldn’t have known it was to request for our server.
Instead of lining up in front of the counter for half an hour, I can place an order ahead and skip the wait
Great app for ordering food, very intuitive and great customer experience!
