I have been very pleased with Elektra because it’s been very efficient and reliable helpful for my husband and I are building a house in Mexico. I would 100% recommend.

Great app honestly… its fast and easy to send money to your family or friends. I just sent my brother money in less than 15 minutes while laying on my bed holding in a fart.

They have the worse service from all the apps while trying to send money. First time I tried to use it they put on hold my transaction and were asking me for more personal bank details on the very first time I used. I tried to call nobody answer the phone, emailed never got any response. Finally after 2 days of calling they answered, canceled my transaction and it’s been days and they haven’t return my money. WORSE SERVICE EVER STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY NEW UPDATE It’s been more than 2 weeks and this company haven’t refund my money. I have to report them with my bank and open a claim and investigation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE .Peor servicio de envíos NO USEN ESTE SERVICIO. No me han regresado mi dinero después de 4 semanas la gente de servicio al cliente son incapaces de responder preguntas y menos de ayudar. Si les pudiera dar menos calificación lo haría. EL PEOR SERVICIO PARA ENVÍOS.
