Easy access to WORT programming via the airwaves is something I always considered an added bonus to Dane County’s quality of life. Now I can take WORT with me wherever I go without fear of missing Rockin’ John, Entertainment, Back to the Country, Mel & Floyd, people who open doors and minds - and just make life more fun. Thrilled to have the app.

Many reasons to love the app, but here’s one: have you ever stayed in the car to listen to the music or the news because you didn’t want to miss the rest of the song, set or story? With the app, you can pause the stream, pick up your package or go inside, then pick up where you left off.

This is the reason I bought a smartphone. My first and most used app. Mel and Floyd are by far down my favorite radio show, I have jazz to listen to in my home office, news to start the day, and local news to stay informed on what’s going on in Madison. Everyone should have more WORT in their life, especially if you live in Dane county.
