CannaGo: CBD & Hemp Delivery

Love it! CannaGo is a game changer! The ordering process is easy and convenient, the delivery is relatively fast and always discreet. The selection of products is impressive, with a wide variety to choose from. The customer service is beyond top-notch - helpful, friendly, and they are quick to respond to any inquiries. I love the quality of the products I've received so far, and the prices are fair. Highly recommend using their service!

Service: 5/5 - This is absolutely perfect and I recommend. The store was OOS of what I requested and text me to make replacement arrangements. UX/UI: 3/5 - The app is easy to use but there is definitely room for improvement. The tracking of an order goes to your email and phone. Once the delivery window arrives, you will receive a text that your order “has been” delivered, but it’s just the tracking link to show you your delivery in progress. Ending Remarks: I love this company and want to see it grow so I will be trying to get my favorite shops on board. Also, some of the UX/UI issues I feel are because they are a growing company.

This app has an amazing interface and pretty fast delivery, but I noticed the minuscule amount of stores and cartridges/joints. I suggest getting in contact with Apothecary in sandy springs and Hookah Hookup. There’s also a slight uptick in prices of the products but I assume that comes with the premium, 100$ for a tincture is crazy though.
