After uploading my artifacts, and then paying for one to be looked at by a professional, I found I was charged six times. Never receiving the original request for services rendered. Reaching out to the developer I received no response. I went through the app I went through the App Store and it simply says Purchase is not eligible for refund.. This is nothing more than a scam to get your money and possibly the pictures of your arrowheads for what I don’t know on the pictures. Do not use unless you want to lose.
After sign up, the email verification doesn’t show up, and when you click to have the email verification sent again, it repeatedly says there’s an error.
This app is very intuitive and easy to use, a little slow on loading the items. The response time on getting an evaluation is excellent.
