I have found this app very helpful to track my carb intake throughout the day. I am prediabetic and trying to limit and spread out my carbs to keep my blood sugar more regulated without taking any medications. It has the capability to scan barcodes to enter any grocery store foods. You can also enter. Recipes from books with nutritional data and save them for future use. It also has an AI photo scanning capability, but I have not used that yet. There is also a way to enter custom exercises which you can easily choose later from a list if you have a regular exercise routine and want to supplement your calorie expectations with exercise. There’s a way to enter personal data if you have a weight loss goal and unexpected time limit for that goal, and it will let you know how you’re tracking against your goal. If you want to track macros, it will also give you a food buy food, buy meal Tracking of proteins, fats, in addition to carbohydrates. Highly recommend this app.

I’m using the free version and it’s been incredible. I was trying to do keto without a tracker before this and it just wasn’t working. Now I can log all my foods and keep track of my macros and calories almost effortlessly. It makes meal planning so much easier! It also has me eating mostly whole foods because they’re easier to track. This feels really good in my body. The setup is super easy to use, and the alerts and blogs are very encouraging. It makes dieting feel like a fun challenge instead of a grueling and odious journey. Being able to log my exercise is awesome, and seeing the difference it makes in my net calories for the day keeps me motivated and moving. Weighing in every day also helps me understand the process, and has taught me which kind of meals are best before bed to avoid water retention in the morning. I’ve already lost almost 20lbs, halfway to my target weight. Thank you!!

Wow,I’m usually too lazy to write reviews, but these developers deserve it. The ability to log the exact food product I am eating blew me away, then, it takes the information from the nutritional chart of the product and does the math for you in regard to carbs, fat, protein etc. and how much you had with her it is in ounces, tablespoons, whatever. All of that information is moved over to charts that are easy to follow on your dashboard. You can see exactly how much of your total budget is left for you to eat or drink. I actually find the whole process quite fun, so I actually look forward to using the app, because with many apps in the past I quickly grow weary of them and don’t have the enthusiasm to use them anymore. If the premium services were offered at half the rateThey want to charge, I would order premium in a heartbeat.
