Good but could be great. The app is great but there are some improvements I would love to see. It would be nice if you could connect more than 1 hygrometer to a bridge to allow for several hygrometers to be used inside large cabinet humidors like mine. Another improvement would be for the hygrometer to connect using Bluetooth as well as WiFi. I replaced the hygrometer in my Klaro 50cal Ammo Can travel humidor but it is only useful when near the valet bridge. I have an Inkbird Bluetooth hygrometer that I have to connect to when I take the humidor with me. It would be nice for the Klaro hygrometer to switch to Bluetooth when out of range of the bridge. Another improvement to the app would be for it to allow you to use the same name of cigars. I would like to use the same cigar name and then in notes put the size of the cigar so I could keep track of what sizes I have in each cigar instead of having to group them all together.

I think the app needs a LOT of work to fix bugs. Constant disconnects, poor user interface for settings, verily little customization, and troubleshooting is a headache. I would also like updates for customization with the virtual humidor to include details about cigars (date purchased, price, date stored for aging purposes, etc.). I’d like to see the addition of multiple hygrometers for my multiple different humidors, and easy replacement of existing hygrometers within the app. I was not able to replace my new replacement Valet hygrometer (nothing wrong with the first, just the wrong trim color) and link it to the existing bridge within the app, even after tech support. I know they are working on updates, but I’m concerned it wasn’t quite ready for launch. Klaro is awesome, and their service is excellent, so I’m hoping to see some improvements to the app soon. If it were properly functional and not so buggy, this would be a five star app because the Valet is truly an amazing concept and great quality, just like everything from CE/Klaro. Please fix it!!

I added this to my Luca. It does a very good job with temp and humidity feedback. I also love the ability to write down the cigars I have between 2 humidors to keep track of inventory. Improvements I would make. 1) Be able to sort inventory alphabetically. 2) Be able to keep a stick on list even with zero inventory. That is important because if you love a stick and see 0 you will know to get more. Currently you either have to leave 1 or delete. 3) Finally I think it would be great if with each stick you could write some tasting notes so you know what it is each stick provides to make it easier to choose one for each smoke. It also helps in determining if you want more. Maybe even add a rating to the stick. 4) Finally and this I can see as a more difficult feature. It would be great if there was a drop down of stick choices to choose from to add to inventory. Cigar Dojo has a site where you can rate sticks and they have just about everything out there pte-loaded.
