GujMarg: Public Grievances App

I tried to log in to the GujMarg app several times to raise a complaint about broken roads and potholes. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the OTP for login even after trying 5–6 times. Then suddenly, after a long delay, I received multiple OTPs all at once. While I finally managed to log in, this experience makes me worry about how responsive the system will be when it comes to actually solving complaints. If sending an OTP takes so long, it raises doubts about how quickly the reported road issues will be addressed. The concept of this app is excellent — citizens should be able to easily report and help improve public infrastructure — but the execution really needs improvement. Please fix the OTP delay issue and ensure the overall response and complaint handling process is faster and smoother.

Only one msg shows not in R&D department, than you should list down road and we should select which road is in your department.

It is a fraud application. I applied for road improvement but the road was improved within 60 days and the application was deleted. Fraudulent application by fraudulent people.
