pretty good, has a glitch where the door thinks it’s unlocked but it’s actually locked so you need to relock then unlock the door to be able to get in
The Grata system makes entering my building a breeze. Before the change we had a badge card to enter the gate that rarely worked. Now I use my cell phone to enter, go to the gym and enter my apartment. This is the way access entry should be for residents.
I use this as a community manager and all of the residents love it. Makes life easier for everyone involved including residents, vendors, and management. I’ve started implementing Grata in as many of my buildings as possible.
