Merge Villa

I really enjoy the game and love to play it for hours! Purchase’s with the game has been less than successful or satisfying. I try to purchase gems and some times I receive them and sometimes I don’t but my charge card is still charged the purchase. So I have to dispute the charge! Then there are other times that I go to purchase gems and my purchase comes in the form of splits which is not at all what I wanted to purchase. So that has to be disputed as well! If they could get this straighten out this gaming experience would be awesome. I do not like to disputing charges with my charge card company! All I want is what I requested to pay for! I am sure once they get these issues fixed the game will be awesome! I really do enjoy playing the game or would not go thru this transition period with them!

Was a great game up until latest upgrade. Since you integrated train shipment all went down hill. Before you launch new features they should be properly tested. New train shipment feature is great in theory but on practice it’s just a bug. I collected all the items for every available train to ship but it doesn’t let me ship anything. So I have all the space taken on the board because I have about 16 items which are required for train shipment but it doesn’t work. Since all the place is taken I can’t play daily quests or tournament and this is frustrating because the game itself is great. Please fix the problem ASAP. Another thing the game doesn’t get updated fast enough.. past couple of months I’ve been stuck cuz there aren’t any new tasks available. I’m not even playing that much so I’d expect it to be better maintained. Otherwise the whole idea is awesome. It’s addicting enough and energy levels are thought through so it gives you enough time to play but not too much so you waste entire day. Please fix new upgrade!! And this will be a legit 5-star game!

First off, this game is addicting and I’m enjoying it! However a few frustrations. First for example, when I FINALLY get to upgrade the toolbox or any of the others, I should honestly get more than a screwdriver or a hammer. Especially since the toolbox shows drills and other stuff. So why can’t I tap it and actually get something other than a single screwdriver/saw/hammer? I know the whole point is merging these together but at least give us something! Because then what’s the point in upgrading when to get all items to upgrade is VERY RARE? That’s all of my energy and then some just to make one single item. It takes too long and it gets very boring. I want to be able to progress more than I have been and that’s the main issue stopping me. Secondly to go with that, charging takes forever and I’m having to watch an endless amount of ads. Because I don’t want to waste gems. Just doesn’t make any sense. If these were fixed, I’d give it a 5 star! Because it has potential to be one of the best games. Only if these issues got fixed.
